This is an API change with no practical effect on Boltron.  Preventing
an unnecessary package split that wouldn't be needed in Platform anyway.

iptables is required by firewalld, part of installer.

0f859c7950 Don't include libselinux-ruby 
It requires ruby.  Somehow this wasn't discovered by my depsolver or
even repoclosure.  Weird.

Nothing in Boltron depends on this so this API change should be
harmless.

branch for that concept.  bootstrap:master is beginning to diverge at

eb1cb0d4c2 Correct the nonsensical API & filters 
Somehow we managed to include components that weren't meant to be there,
shipping binaries with broken deps.  This should fix that.
