Yaakov Selkowitz e613060dad Fix buildorder of libpaper 
For reasons TBD, ghostscript FTBFS on top of the KDE5 runtime
when libpaper is built first:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lpaper: No such file or directory

At least for now, build ghostscript with the platform libpaper,
and build libpaper here later to resolve the install dependency.
