6baa10ec39 Revert "Convert to modulemd-packager-v3 format" 
but keep "removed EOLed perl:5.30".

This reverts commit 83e75a7a5d because
MBS mismatches contexts for depending modules. E.g. building perl:5.32
for platform:f34 fails because a buil-required perl-bootstrap:5.32
does not run-require any platorm and thus MBS chooses a wrong
perl-bootstrap context for platform:f35.
