Petr Písař	65677c7f87	Use perl-Net-SSLey and perl-IO-Socket-SSL with OpenSSL 1.1.1 support platform:f30 contains OpenSSL 1.1.1 without SSLv3 support. We needed a fixed Perl binding, but the fixes cannot be applied to f28 rpms branches. Thus we uses a specific f30 commit instead of f28 refs.	2018-12-06 10:32:39 +01:00

Petr Písař	eb1bd50b9e	Block bare packages Koji prefers modular packages over bare packages based on their source package name. That means perl.spec subpackages will compete with same-named bare standalone packages. And if bare NEVRA is higher, we have problem.
