Petr Písař 30a541bbb0 Rebuild with perl-libs obsoleting perl-Pod-Parser 
perl-Pod-Parser was in perl:5.30. It's not in perl:5.32. People
doing "dnf upgrade" with enabled modular-obsoletes undergo modular
upgrade. That upgrade would fail on perl-Pod-Parser built for Perl
5.30. Until DNF perform a distro-sync, this the second best fix.
