a0436fa3bd Updating libreport and adding dbxtool 
dbxtool is needed by shim.  libreport was FTBFS.
Also dropping icu again (still temporarily broken).

148779f4b2 Initial commit for the Platform module 
Note this is the very first build and is extremely suboptimal.  It
includes several dynamic languages and we do not define any API -- on
purpose.  Cleanup will follow.
