add missing filters for python2 packages

and update package names of p2 versions for pyserial and p-chardet,
as they are prefixed with python2- now

add python3 modules, that are commonly bundled in ohter modules
...
especially cloud-init, pki and installer
Also fixes issue #6 - missing p-requests dependency, and
issue #7 - mismatchd p-cryptography-vectors buildrequirement
