The standard-test-roles package

Stream name explanation

This module stream has name 3.0. This branch could even include STR version 4.7 if it's still fully compatible with version 3.0. But if 4.8 brings breaking changes, we must create a new stream for that. Users can choose a stream to have some form of stability or they can follow whatever the default is to keep their current experience.
