3066992b17 - Fix BZ#533144: 
- Add reload section to service file, fix stop.
- Add %%{_sysconfdir}/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/40-%%{name} (Thanks to
    Pankaj Pandey)
- Include man-files.
- Add Requires: initscripts as owner directory
