Version 3.2.1: Cleanup release of 3.2.0; important new features:

- Detects truncated files and does not allow them to be opened.
- affix now fixes truncated files
- afcrypto will only encrypt AFF and AFD file types.
- AFFLIB will no longer open a .afd directory containing no AFF files.
