1bf44a5d95 Make sure systemd unit files have right permissions 
Latest file changed the classificiation of those ini files,
so brp-mangle-shebangs doesn't fix up the permissions. Let's
not rely on brp-mangle-shebangs and set the permissions correctly
from the start.
