The 2.4.6 vendored tarball has a slight modification. Upstream's go.mod for this version pins github.com/lucas-clemente/quic-go at version 0.23.0, but that version is incompatible with golang 1.18, which is already in rawhide. When generating the tarball I adjusted the go.mod file to use version 0.25.0. Resolves: rhbz#1984163
