ff6e6f4dfc Fix test failures 
The python bindings need some help to find libcapstone when testing
in-build, for which the LIBCAPSTONE_PATH variable is recognized.
test_sh.py is not ready for consumption (it references a nonexistent
sh_size member) and is not included in test_all.py.
