Subject: shuf: fix randomness bug
Problem reported by Daniel Carpenter <https://bugs.gnu.org/72445>.
* gl/lib/randread.c (randread_new): Fill the ISAAC buffer
instead of storing at most BYTES_BOUND bytes into it.
