230e3cccbf Build-require perl-macros for Perl RPM macros
%perl_vendorlib and %perl_vendorarch are delivered by perl-macros
package. That package was required by perl-interpreter by an
accident and it was corrected in perl-interpreter-5.32.0-463.fc34.
Packages have to build-require perl-macros or perl-generators
explictly.
