skasal 0365186599 - Refresh the tarball. 
- Remove the patches, they are all upstream now.
- BuildRequires: sharutils, instead of gmime.
- Do not remove the unwanted files, they should not be installed anymore.
- Do not hide the menu entry.
- Do not call ./bootstrap.sh.
