5a268016ad Updated to OpenJDK 25.0.4 (2026-07-21) 
Rearranged specfile for better readability and removed unused macros,
which were kept only for rpms synchronization which is obsoleted.
Improved TestTransaltions (gnu_andrew)

minor changes:
 * added changelog
 * shenandoah included in risc arches
 * bumped bundled providfes
 * introduced XZ_OPTS to -T0
 * scripts moved to scritps dir
 * scripts passesd through spell check
