Jozef Mlich 1c7519486a Update munin.spec 
Without perl-Net-CIDR doesn't work cidr_allow settings in /etc/munin/munin-node.conf

The log /var/log/munin-node/munin-node.log contains following message:
Can't locate Net/CIDR.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib64/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5) at /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/Net/Server.pm line 601.
