  https://github.com/ocaml/ocaml/pull/2078#issuecomment-443322613
  https://github.com/Chris00/caml-mode
- Remove ocamlbyteinfo and ocamlpluginfo, neither can be compiled.
- Disable tests on all architectures, temporarily hopefully.
- Package threads/*.mli files.
