f63bdd7f26 - Honor /etc/sysconfig/pgpool settings. Previously we could never customize 
PGPOOLPID=/var/run/pgpool.pid et al.
- Remaining hardcoded paths replaced by customizable variables such as
    $PGPOOLCONF .
