8866a64eb5 Reenable tests for GoDady, Transip, Namecheap and NamecheapManaged providers 
Add gransy and ddns extra packages
Remove explicit BuildRequires (handled by the pyproject_buildrequires macro)
Remove explicit extra package Requires (handled by automatic dependency generator)
Remove unused rhel7 macro

e91d028428 use %setup instead of %autosetup so we can apply patches conditionally 
That way the srpm contains all patches and the srpm can be rebuilt for
all supported distributions.
