- HeapInsert/HeapUpdate hooks called ReadBuffer without any locks.

021eeaade4 base version of SE-PostgreSQL was updated from 8.2.6 to 8.3RC2. It enables 
to share DLLs provided by original PostgreSQL, so this package omits
    those files.
