Debarshi Ray 12fabacd03 Silence 'rpminspect --tests=annocheck' and 'rpminspect --tests=runpath' 
The DT_RPATH or DT_RUNPATH value of /run/host%{_libdir} that's present
in %{_bindir}/toolbox is intentional [1].
