Update to v2.54.0

Update to latest upstream version 2.54.0. Also remove the custom desktop file
and manual installation of icons and the desktop file in favor of the upstream
installation. Finally, use the name unison-gui for icons, desktop, and metainfo
files, consistent with upstream.
