7c2c4a2e4a Rebuilt for Tcl/Tk 9.0 (#2337805) and GCC 15
Patch to always set -D_REENTRANT since Tcl 9.0 no longer sets TCL_THREADS,
  and add -std=gnu17 to CFLAGS since GCC 15 changed to gnu23 which fails.
