Pavel Raiskup 8160444cb7 d,lisp: drop those subpackages 
Those noarch packages are not installable on subset of fedora
architectures (missing deps).  This would be serious enough issue
to the vim-syntastic entirely ... so rather don't provide those
two subpackages and either (a) wait until we have fixed rel-eng
tooling, or (b) at least for fpc ticket 312 to have approved
work-around.
