5d3be3a7d6 - bump epoch, the buildsystem thinks 7.0.000-2 is older than 7.0.g001-1 vim-7_0_000-2 
although rpm is quite happy with it.

93e9879075 - try to convince the buildsystem that this package is newer then vim-7_000-1 
vim-7.0.g000-1 without adding an epoch. rpmvercmp said it would be
    fine, rpm didn't complain during an update, just the buildsystem sux.
