This version unify all branches to the same rpm spec from the eln branch. The main changes are: - Update to version 1.11.1 - Always vendor dependencies We currently depend on crates that are not available on fedora. This plus the the API instability of some of our critical dependencies (I'm looking at you rust-vmm), leave us no choice but to vendorize. - Rename vhost JSON file This tool is not part of QEMU, so let's unify the vhost json file name with upstream. - Use autorelease and autochangelog macros - Remove unused logger patch file Signed-off-by: German Maglione <gmaglione@redhat.com>
