Christopher Aillon 26b4be1d4c Don't overwrite CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS 
The -debuginfo mozconfig was stomping on our CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS.
Stop passing them in via the configure flag and just pass them
via their environment variables.
