dc01a78c50Migrated zig.spec to utilize %autorelease and %autochangelog, removing the
manual changelog section. Restructured and cleaned up the global variable
and macro definitions using minimalist section headers. Replaced hardcoded
/usr/bin/minisign with the guidelines-compliant %{_bindir}/minisign macro.
