Zbigniew Jędrzejewski-Szmek abd081b5b7 Allow /sbin/ldconfig to be a symlink 
On a system with a partially merged sbin, /usr/sbin/ldconfig
may be a symlink, which causes annocheck to complain:
annocheck: Warning: '/sbin/ldconfig' is a symbolic link.  Run annocheck with -f to follow or -I to ignore.
Follow links to allow unmerged, partially merged, and fully merged
systems.
