large dns blocklist used --address=/example.net/#, but that were added
only in later versions. Skip that feature on previous versions.
Also report number of found replies in another test.
Insert explicit wait into the test, so it can actually create log file
with correct permissions before shutdown. Even Type=forking on dnsmasq
does not seem to ensure that.
Do not overwrite complete config with just log-facility option. Keep
user and group setting, which is vital for this check.
Systemd-resolved is not allowing DNSSEC enabled queries to pass through
and get DNSSEC records back. Also it blocks single label queries to DNS
keys of top level domains. That makes any software attempting to do
DNSSEC validation failing. Use resolv.conf from Network Manager
during the test.

For not yet a clear reason this also affects RHEL 8 version, but it
survives this test. When tried under valgrind it crashes as intended
however. So run it with valgrind. Try to install debuginfo for dnsmasq
to have better output.
