Jesus Checa Hidalgo f4a44658f7 integration-test-suite: Update required packages in Fedora 
New tests were added upstream: unwind.cpp, hello.mlir and
minimal_mlir_cmake.txt -- these require extra packages to
run properly.

Some extra adjustments were done to handle the unavailability
of libcxx and libunwind in RHEL and CentOS
