Adam Williamson c5a8309fb2 smoke-test-run-unittests: adjust for RPM 4.20 build path change 
RPM 4.20 changed the build directory naming scheme, which throws
off a lot of tests that make assumptions about it, like this
one. This adjusts the test to handle both older and newer RPM
by just noticing we're already in the directory with INSTALL in
it, and the directory we want to get to is under that.
