Lukas Zachar dc4e662e56 parallel might run test_dtrace 
Which obviously needs dtrace to be installed.
Added recommend as it is better to fail the test not whole plan if it is not possible to
install systemtap-sdt-devel by its /usr/bin/dtrace provide
