Disable /tests/basic_test_suites/simple_cucumber_use/ test.

It requires rubygem-jekyll which is not available in Fedora anymore, the
package was orphaned. It is testing in upstream a gem
"jekyll-git-authors" that uses cucumber, but it needs jekyll for the
cucumber suite. For now there isn't a replacement, therefore rather
disable the test.
