Jiri Jaburek 667aff7dee Sanity/machine-hardening: replace by Contest 
The only distro/arch combos that Contest cannot run on are
RHEL-7 and s390x/ppc64 where EPEL isn't available.

Keep machine-hardening for those combinations.
