Rather than enumerating RHEL versions, use comparison against "known-good" version to make the expressions easier to read and understand. Also convert users of '~<' to '<', as '~<' compares only minor versions within the same major. Signed-off-by: Ondrej Mosnacek <omosnace@redhat.com>
