830 B
libguestfs image to provide system administration tools for virtual machines.
This image is based on Fedora and configured to use the direct libguestfs
backend by default.
Volumes:
The container will need to be able to access the images that libguestfs should
interact with. For ease of use, we suggest something like -v /:/host which
will map the host root filesystem under /host. When using the direct
libguestfs backend (which is the default), the container will also need access
to /dev/kvm.
Documentation: Extensive documentation libguestfs is available upstream: https://libguestfs.org/guestfs-faq.1.html https://libguestfs.org/guestfs-recipes.1.html
Requirements:
The host should support KVM and have /dev/kvm available.
Configuration:
A default /etc/libguestfs-tools.conf configuration file is provided.
