a73f030f87 Fix detection of runtime pixbuf loaders 
Because Fedora flatpaks are not actually built from the runtime/sdk, it is
necessary for anything needed during cleanup-commands to be listed as a
dependency (despite being in the runtime).  In the case of GdkPixbuf
loaders, that means all the runtime loaders must be included, so that they
are detected when running gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders.

ecdc6199c6 container.yaml: Add --filesystem=xdg-run/gvfsd 
This fixes the following warning spew when opening images:

GVFS-WARNING **: 12:15:55.230: The peer-to-peer connection failed: Error when getting information for file “/run/user/1000/gvfsd”: No such file or directory. Falling back to the session bus. Your application is probably missing --filesystem=xdg-run/gvfsd privileges.
