container.yaml: Run appstream-compose
...
Just adding the appdata to the flatpak-runtime-config wasn't sufficient -
we also have to run appstream-compose to get it in the right place for
flatpak build-bundle to find.

Add LD_LIBRARY_PATH to finish-args
...
This used to come hardcoded from flatpak-module-tools, but was removed
in flatpak-module-tools 0.11.2. This commit moves it here so that we
don't lose LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

Use f30/flatpak-sdk as the registry repository
...
We need a separate repository for each runtime branch, since Bodhi always
overwrites the testing/latest tags in the repository when a build is pushed
to testing or stable.
