Add rocm-opencl
...
OpenCL is lumped together with OpenGL in flatpak extensions (both default
and nvidia), and the ICD loaders only support a single vendors directory
(unlike vulkan, which allows both GL and VulkanLayer extensions).

Remove mesa-libgbm
...
The gallium-specific GBM code was separated out into a dri_gbm module and
moved to mesa-dri-drivers, leaving libgbm.so implementation-independent
and remains in the runtime.
