This reverts commit b0d03bce07.

Actually another 8-contex module with 2 dependency levels built fine.
This one has 8 contexts, but 3-level dependencies and MBS returns 500.
Decreasing contexts could help.

This reverts commit f52d9bf897.

It actually works, but all contexts have to have dependncies
satisfied. Rising a dependnemcy error is what takes so long and
triggers the time out.
