4 contexts built successfully despite an initial timeout inside httpd

10f99b3dcf Reduce contexts to the latest streams of dependencies 
This reduces contexts fro 16 to 4. This is to overcome an MBS bug

MBS still complains though there are no changes for f36.
Minimizing to locate the cause.

82ffe3dbb8 Remove all new context for F < 38 
MBS reports conflicting perl modules for F36.

Either I made a mistake, or MBS has bug in a dependency resolution.
I can retrofit the context once all dependencies are finished.

25c92b4256 Update contexts 
Remove contexts for platform:34, add for platform:38, perl:5.34,
perl:5.36, perl-libwww-perl:6.62, perl-libwww-perl:6.67. Keep wholes
where a build does not exist now:

EOL: perl:5.32, perl-libwww-perl:6.48
