MBS reports conflicting perl modules for F36.
Either I made a mistake, or MBS has bug in a dependency resolution.
I can retrofit the context once all dependencies are finished.
Remove contexts for platform:34, add for platform:38, perl:5.34,
perl:5.36, perl-libwww-perl:6.62, perl-libwww-perl:6.67. Keep wholes
where a build does not exist now:
