63aabe3f82 Revert "add perl-test-Taint as a build dep for perl-version" 
This reverts commit 72f2b01643 because
this is build-time dependency is in perl-bootstrap module. We do not
want to deliver this component in perl module.

e4bb504b2c Build-time dependencies filtered. 
I forsee we will miss new run-time dependencies that were disabled on
bootstrap. I will add them or even to perl-bootstrap later.
