Add "common" profile
...
"common" is the new name for "default" profile. We keep both for
a backward compatibility in stable Fedoras. Newer streams will remove
the "default" profile.

Rebuild with perl-macros defining perl_vendorlib etc.

RPM in Fedora 31 stopped providing the macros. We need to carry them
in perl-macros.
