Petr Písař 030c133905 Reference Perl home page and documentation
It does not make sense to refernce Modularity technology as all
modules would have the same links. It's better to point to the
packaged software. Thus we will link to Perl upstream home page and
Perl language documentation. However, we will retain Fedora's
Bugzilla as the bug tracker because the upstream should not be
bothered with the bugs in a packaging.
