29be9141f4 pin compiler-rt to a specific commit 
The f26 branch HEAD of compiler-rt needs llvm-4.0.1, but its f26 branch
is only on 4.0.0, d'oh!

1f02442879 don't ship vala packages 
This is only needed to build libsecret (which is needed for git). Filter
out all its binary packages to not have to pull in other stuff (which
currently is satisfied by bootstrap).

05ac9da069 don't ship the whole gperftools package 
The pprof subpackage pulls in loads of other packages, merely include
the libraries in the default profile and API.
