9fe136b482 Include sssd-kcm in sssd module 
that's new package in 1.15.3 and it's part of f27 chageset
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/27/ChangeSet#Kerberos_KCM_credential_cache_by_default

sssd-kcm was not in sssd-1.15.2 which was in f26

48b3314cd5 Update README.md 
I was not sure whether we should point to nive webui version  https://src.fedoraproject.org/modules/sssd/blob/master/f/sssd.yaml
or raw version https://src.fedoraproject.org/modules/sssd/blob/master/f/sssd.yaml.

I decided to use raw version.

7b3dfd1325 Drop common-build-dependencies from runtime dependencies 
This module is not part of our shipped compose.  Besides, build
dependencies shouldn't be required at runtime in general.  If
the module requires any of the common-build-dependencies components
at runtime, they should be moved to shared-userspace.
